Because of demand, here you are

Rice noodles -cook them according the instructions, set aside to wait

Prawns -thaw in a bowl of water if frozen, undress if with shell

Peanut butter and sesame seed oil -heat on a pan, stir

Garlic, ginger, salt, chili - mix with peanut butter/sesame oil, stir and let simmer

Water -add to pan and let simmer

Put the prawns on the pan and turn when they get red under. Taste if sauce needs more salt or chili. Turn heat down or move pan from the heat. Just to make sure prawns stay nice and tender.

Thaibasil -cut and sprinkle over the sauce

Romaine lettuce - cut some leaves on a deep plate for one

Add a handfull of noodles on top of the lettuce. Pour sauce and prawns on top of this and if you like, some whole peanuts and/or sliced chili to garnish. Yum, yum! Enjoy.
