I promised to bake some pulla for the Finnish Embassy Open House this Saturday. I have never made pulla for 250 people at once. Yesterday I started this pulla project with two huge pulla circles called kranssi. I froze them both raw in order to bake them fresh for Saturday. Today will make four more. I only fear they won´t fit in my ovens which actually are much bigger than the domestic ones in Finland. Yes, I do have two oven on top of each other. Remains to be seen if my pulla will shoot out from the owen while baking.
